I appreciated the portability and effectiveness of the equipment used, and the courtesy and professionalism of the technician. In the past year, I have had to contact your customer service on my current glasses. I was contacted in less than 24 hours; I was given the instructions on how to return my glasses and print the return label. In less than three weeks, my repaired glasses were delivered. The return experience was professional, courteous, and what I describe as friendly. Great job, Eyelation!
