There was a slight lack of communication. The order status simply said "Processed" for almost two weeks. There was no indication of what "Processed" meant. I didn't know if that meant paperwork had been processed, but the order hadn't been started, or if the glasses were being made, but had not shipped yet. I contacted customer support for clarification and found out it was the later.. m In the meantime, for a pair of non safety glasses I went to a large retail chain. They made the glasses, shipped them, and had them in my hands before I even sent the question to your customer service about the status of my order. My suggestions would be expedite the processing of orders, and give greater clarity about what the various statuses mean on your web site. But overall, the process was easy, and hopefully the product will be quality, so I gave you four stars.

ordering glasses was fine but I did not get my glasses yet so can't rate them. I sure hope this pair lasts. My last pair literally fell apart in a year. One week past the yearly quality guarantee, so I couldn't get a new pair. I'll write another review once I physically get my new glasses.

Eyelation coming to the workplace makes this a great option. My only recommendation would be to put price tags on the sample frames showing final cost to employee after company contribution.
