The safety glasses and frames are of fair quality. The frames seem flimsy. What progressive lenses are you using. They take a little getting used to.

The order is ok overall. The shipping is quick. That is good. However, enclosed in the order and shipment is only a small soft fabric bag. Usually, we'd expect to have a hard case to protect the eyeglasses when we don't use the pair and store them. That is unusual and not helpful for the customers. Additionally, with the online order, it is very difficult to find a place to make an adjustment for the wear fitting. Local eyeglass stores like Lenscafts and Pearl Vision won't accept any eyegalsses for adjustments if they are not order from their stores. This also put the customers in the difficult situations.

Took quite a while to receive glasses… 2 pairs were ordered together but I’m still currently waiting on the dress everyday pair.

It was easy to choose my glasses, but I still dont have a tracking number or my glasses. Starting to get frustrated.

i cant read with them on i think the RX isn't correct.

I liked the people they were very nice and polite couldn't ask to to be helped by anyone better. But the issue that I am having is after waring them for work I'm finding that they are hard for my to focus and I get double images, it's very hard to see the fine work with the bolts and nuts and also the sensor alignment plus also at times I get the double images on my computer screen when I'm in putting my comments. Need to know is there anyway we can get them fixed as soon as we can? And again the service was great no complaints just need to get my blurriness and double images fixed. So if you can let me know when and how to go about doing this so we can start the process that would be greatly appreciated.

My prescription is still a little off it's like tunnel vision almost..but the customer service was really good
