Order was placed on 4/30/2026. No email information was sent for the delayed, until I followed up with your representative visit on 6/3/2026. Your safety glasses order number is: 1589740. The statement below was received without ETA, to guide us when to follow up incase of delayed/ wrong order, etc.: "Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. -Team Eyelation®"

I made both a safety shoe and eyeglass order. The shoes didn't run true to size and I had to return them. Eyelation requested I place the box the shoes came in, into another box, a box I didn't have and they refused to send me. They also refused to send me a return label, I do not own a printer. I sent the shoes back and 3 weeks later my benefit hadn't been updated. It took numerous calls to resolve this. The message I sent through Eyelation's "ContactUs" went unresponded. The quality of the prescription safety eye glasses is poor. I didn't receive the postcard stating the 30 day warranty on them till after the 30 day period had expired. I was told I couldn't return them due to having had them in excess of 30 days.

I am the site coordinator that helps the employees with their orders. Our employees are consistently waiting over a month for their safety shoes just to ship. Eyelation's lag time on getting the orders to the customers is putting our employees at risk for injury. If it was one or two cases, I would recognize mistakes happen, but this has been an problem for multiple employees. Despite this, even the "general" wait time is too long. My understanding is that our personnel order through eyelation, eyelation then orders the shoe from the manufacturer and has them shipped to the eyelation office where eyelation puts the shoes in a secondary box then ships it to the customer. This is considered normal, and can take up to three weeks for the shoes to arrive. If they don't fit right - returning it starts that process all over and it takes even longer.

I ordered a large frame and they don't fit. I can't even get them on all of the to rest the nose piece on my nose. Now I don't have safety glasses to wear and if i tried to wear these that would be extremely unsafe. If there is a way to send these back and get a pair that I will be able to use that would be much appreciated.
