I couldn’t get into your website ,ounce I did I followed it but it never gave me a section for the Eye Prescription. Then I had to order 3 times before it actually worked . You charged me three times as well .so ; I had and always have a bad “ ordering process “ with you guys . These glasses were for 2024 . But I finally got the Oder in 2025 . That’s a problem for me

Well it taught to order glasses without trying them on. Everyone's head is different shapes. When you all came down to do eye exams a few weeks ago you should have left some frames for us to try out. I'm concerned that they will not fit me

I had an appointment time, but there was only 1 person there to service the entire 2nd shift

The eyeglass experience on the company site is much different than the consumer site. For example the consumer site shows certifications while the company site does not. Once I got past the differences, the options are many and reasonably priced. Fingers crossed that the delivered glasses work well.

If you want to improve, give us more glasses to choose from everything I had to choose from is ugly and I have to wear these things 12 hours a day
