Hello Krystina, We are so sorry that your lenses are not changing. They do take some time to reach full darkness. However, if they are not changing you can send them in to us and we can check them and if we need to we can remake them for you. There are different manufacturers of photochromic lenses. Some do get darker than others. We are here to help in any way. We want you to be satisfied with your glasses. Hello Michael, We appreciate your feedback and are sorry the glasses are uncomfortable. The style you ordered can be adjusted. You can take them to your local provider and ask them to adjust the temples so they are looser. Most frames need a little adjusting to fit properly and comfortably.
