I never received my safety glasses and the hours of business are limited so, with my schedule I’m having trouble finding a time to call customer service. I’m very disappointed with the entire company

I was not pleased with the experience with your associate and cannot say that I was satisfied with the service. I did not feel valued. The frame selection that my company chose was poor. I hope the glasses work out or I will return them.

The customer service has not been responsive, and it has been very frustrating trying to get help. I need to return my glasses because they do not fit properly, but I have not been getting the support I need to resolve the issue. I expected better communication and a smoother return process.
