The staff was helpful but when i got my glasses my prescription was lined up correctly

The first pair ordered was about 2 inches wider than my face and prescription was off. The current pair that I received are still a little too wide.

I ordered frames that are a large and are still still too tight. The frames are sturdy with even square corners so there is no flex. That would be an awesome feature if these fit my head. The lenses are tall which gives plenty of space but the spread doesn't seem to be all that clear and the vision seems to not focus right. They took a minute to get here and the tracking system they have at their web page takes you to a broken page that does not advance. So you look around with the tracking number and find it's shipped USPS which means it goes to the front office. They do not leave a note at your door or even in the mailbox to let you know your package is at the office. so I finally get them and they don't even fit or work as well as they should.

I’m disappointed that to get the defective pair replaced I had to send them back and it took several weeks to get the new pair.

I felt rushed. The person that did the eye evaluation was speaking so low I could barely hear her & when I had to ask several times to repeat herself, she became annoyed. I was so disappointed in the customer service that I started to cancel my order:(
