I like this site, but the selection for smaller glasses are very low need to offer better selection for people with smaller faces

Percido M.
Disliked the site holding both my orders because one of the orders was not clear to it. specifically the safety glasses order continued to ask me for my RX which I don't have nor need one, and because of that it held my safety shoes order as well. I then receive email request fromt the team to help me, but it seemed a software was handling my complaint to clear the RX situation, because it took more than a month for it to finally go through. I just actually received my safety glasses last week, and my safety shoes are apparently in a shipping status since mid last week; the site had them listed as available when I order them and the safety glasses back in January. just too long.

Hello Percido, We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're sorry that the prescription verification process delayed your orders. The order was from 03/03 and were delivered on 03/27. The delay with your safety shoes is also not ideal. Shoes were also ordered on 03/03. They have been shipped. We'll review our processes to prevent similar issues in the future. Thanks again for your feedback. -Team Eyelation

Having to go back through the whole selection process after viewing a product. No way to save your previous searches to compare head to head. Maybe I did not use the site correctly? Not sure, but that’s what stood out to me. I must say that customer service was very helpful in getting me logged in to make my selection after a quite a few attempts.

I like my glasses, but there is one thing that is wrong. And that is that my Prescription/Measurements are incorrect. I can see very well out of the bottom of my lenses for reading, but i cannot see as clearly for the distance. I took them to Lens Crafters where I received my eye exam, and they stated that the measurements are off a good bit. They even placed dots on the lenses to show how far off they are.
