The pricing seemed to be designed to exclude certain combinations of prescription glasses options from being covered by the $200 benefit offered by companies. Specifically, digital single vision plus the extra hard surface coating brings the price above $200.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.May 22, 2026
Hello Ben, We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding our pricing structure and benefit coverage. We understand your concern about certain options exceeding the $200 benefit. Company provided benefits generally cover frames and basic lenses. Much like insurance. They cover the basics. If you add extras you pay the difference. Again thank you for your feedback. -Team Eyelation

I wish I was able to do split payments when checking out! Everything else was great, I liked the 2D and 3D virtual glasses try-on.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.May 22, 2026
Hello Elizabeth, We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the virtual try-on! We'll consider split payment options for future improvements. -Team Eyelation

The ordering process was clear and options explained well. One improvement would be to show a running total of my order as I add options. As I added choices, it was not clear how I was doing against my allowed expenses until the end. My choices went over the allowance, so I had to go back several times to pick different frames and options to fit the budget.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.May 21, 2026
Hello Dan, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you highlighting the clarity of our ordering process. We understand that not seeing a running total of your order as you added options caused inconvenience. We are exploring ways to implement this feature to improve the experience for our customers. -Team Eyelation
