The technician who I gave my prescription to was very knowledgeable and helpful. And the process of getting my safety glasses was quick and painless. I end up getting my safety glasses within 10 days.

The rep that came on site was pleasant and professional, asked if had any questions, which I have purchased from you before, have had good experiences with your company, previously stated pair had to be redone and that went smoothly as well.

Easy and expedient
The kiosk for setting up the order was intuitive and did not give me any issues. I was able to get safety glasses delivered quickly with my new prescription and the visibility is very good with these new safety glasses.

Having a rep on sight was great
Having a rep on sight was great. I asked questions and got good feed back from him. Normally I hate buying boots because the stores don't have people with knowledgeable workers and they tell you what they think you want to here to make a sale. The guy that helped me with the glasses was quick and efficient. I thought that 10 min. appt wasn't sufficient time do do what he did but, I was wrong. I told him the thing I didn't like about my first pair and he made suggestion to get me in something that should work better for my needs. This prosses I know was a lot of work but, it made me feel better about what I will be receiving than if I did the ordering on line. Thanks for coming out to this sight!!!

Great Customer Service.
What made my experience great was the fact that the eye tech. took his time to explain things out and showed me different options from changing lens prescription dosages to frame options. I was very satisfied with the detail, care and attention he showed/gave to making sure i walked away satisfied.
