Filters didn't work
Filters didn't work. I was not able to get the website to show glasses by gender. The website is very basic and has limited navigation. Product selection is limited. Buyers cannot try on the product so there is a risk to the buyer.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. My work offers safety glasses through elelation and the initial visit was great! After that it got so bad I wonder if it’s intentional. After several weeks of waiting, I called to find out they were confused about my order and couldn’t get the frames I originally ordered . I confirmed I wanted bifocals they questioned it again if I wanted single vision lenses and did I have a prescription I could send them. I said they had my prescription and I wanted exactly what I ordered, bifocals. The next day they returned the bifocal portion without notice and sent me single vision lenses. Terrible communication Emailed customer service to return the glasses and no attempt was made to correct their mistake. Instead a “return shipping label with instructions” was attached but the attachment was not a return label with instructions but a copy of my receipt… Order # 1573908 Returned the order now I’m just waiting to hear from customer service as to when (or if) I will get my order. I sent customer service an email to follow up but no response yet

Fail on Smurfit side for nice experience
The people that were there for the event were great they worked with what they had available. Our company greatly failed with the placement of where they were put in to do the exams. In a room that they had a very very small work area for 4 people sitting side by side another person getting glasses and the techs side by side on one table. the glasses that were on display you had to reach around the other person getting an exam. Also they had WIFI problems that took up a lot of time waiting, and them using their hotspots and the nurses. So not very prepared on where how much space and IT problems on the Smurfit side. The technician's were apologetic and were frustrated.

Customer Service Offered no Help
No offerings for longer temple lengths. Customer service just reiterated what was on the website and offered no guidance, suggestions, or help.
