Hello Leland. We apologize that the return process for your first pair of glasses did not go as smoothly as it should have. We will make sure to review the policy with our team as well as making we sure are responding to our customers in a timely manner. Even though your company has a removable side shield policy, we are sorry to hear that your glasses were not shipped with them on already. Hello Jim. We are very sorry to hear about this. We offer a 30 Day guarantee at which any time you may speak with an optician to have adjustments made or initiate a return. We do not see any notes that you tried to contact us, but if you decide to reorder from us, please contact us immediately if you have any problems with your glasses.
