Hello George. I am sorry about the lack of communication for your order. Your employer provides the insert for your respirator that we put the lenses in. It took several weeks for them to supply that piece so we can make the lenses. You should have received a notification about the delay and I am sorry about that. The order did ship and tracking was emailed out on Nov. 11th. We are working on improving customer profiles so that you can log in and track orders, aside from the email. We hope we can continue to make enhancements like that to our site soon. Thank you for your feedback.

We try to make it an easy ordering experience for customers, and I am glad that you were able to complete your order on the computer. If there is any ever tech issues you can call the number on the kiosk so that Tech Support can log in and evaluate. I see your order has shipped and should be arriving soon. Your benefit for dress glasses is showing available and when you place the glasses in your cart, it should calculate a benefit of $75. Let us know if you would like us to help you place an order. Hello Customer. I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience. I do not see anything that indicates it took that long to get your glasses, so I am not sure what could have been the delay. usually glasses ship in 7-10 business days, and then a few days for shipping depending on the location to deliver to from Chicago. I made a note on your order for Customer Service to send you the foam dustbar replacement right away. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Hello Debbie. Thank you for your review. I took a look and I only see an order from 2016 for you. I am not sure if that is the order you are referring to, but please note that your employer had specific shipping requirement that were out of the standard process for us, and by following their request it did add to the delay. We do pride ourselves in customer service and sincerely apologize if the representative did not handle it properly. Our glasses carry a 1-year manufacturers warranty when anti-fog or ultra-hard coating is purchased so the reason they were unable to assist is because they were out of warranty when you contacted us. Hello Lee. I am sorry that you are not satisfied with your experience. I see that your order is in process with the lab. You should have received an order confirmation from [email protected]; it is possible it went into a spam folder. I am sending it again to you now so that you have the order information. If you do not get it, please call us at 88-308-4703 to verify the email that was added to the order is correct. Due to COVID the labs are experiencing some delays as they have to limit the number of people working in the lab as well as take extra precautions with sanitizing. That being said, it looks like your order should ship this week. You will receive an email when it ships with the tracking information. We apologize that orders are taking more than 7-10 days; a notice was in the order confirmation email as well which it sounds like you didn't get so I sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration.
