First order was canceled with no notice. Second order very slow. Chances are they won’t be useable anyway. Glasses that are not fitted in person are a joke.

Waited 5 weeks for glasses, when I called and asked about the delay I was told frames were back ordered. Then a week and a half later a got a email saying the frames I chose we not available. Why were they on your site if they were unavailable? So I had to get a refund and start over. I had similar problem two years ago with a long wait for delivery. I would not use your site because of these issues, if it was not for my employer’s insistence.

up close vision (reading bi-focal) is good, medium range is very blurry and longer range is blurry as well

The homepage is terrible. Logging in takes forever. The last time I had to wait 20 min and I had 5G reception! There is not enough of a choice if you need a small size. And you cannot even try them on. The staff which came to my company had only 8 or 10 frames as samples and the small one was broken. Not a good impression for the first time.

Prescription for goggles is way off. There is no progressive in it, and I can't see very good at a distance. The magnification for close up is too enhanced.
