Hello William, I am sorry about the lack of communication on your order. I see that your order is in process with the lab. Due to the winter storm that occurred across the US last week, Eyelation and our labs were experiencing some delays in receiving inventory from manufacturers in addition to delays with shippers not being able to make deliveries in some areas. An email was sent to all of our customers with pending orders regarding this matter. We are continuing to monitor all the orders and make sure customers receive their orders as soon as possible. If there are ever any tech issues you can call the number on the kiosk so that Tech Support can log in and evaluate. We try to make it an easy ordering experience for customers, and I am sorry that you did not have that same experience. Hello Carl. We are very sorry for the delay in receiving your order. Sometimes, the post office may take an extra day or two to deliver the order. However, this order appears to have been lost in transit. We will file a claim with the post office to try and track down the package. In the meantime, we have created a new order for you free of charge and once the order has been completed, we will ship it UPS in order for you to receive your order sooner. Hello JV. Thank you for reaching out. An on staff optician reviewed your order and the frame size was too large. The optician cancelled your order, emailed you and refunded the credit card. Please note that refunds can take a few business days to show up on your statement. The optician sent some other frame options that would be a better fit. I will have the optician reach out again. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. Thank you.

Hello Joel. I noticed you just placed your order yesterday afternoon. Orders take approximately 7-10 business days to ship since they are custom made for your prescription. When they ship, you will be emailed a tracking number. Based on your employer's program setup, you did have to pay out of pocket because you were not eligible to use your company benefit. In these situations, we recommend you contact your safety administrator to see if an exception will be made to move your eligibility up so that you don't have to pay completely out of pocket. Hello Matthew. I am sorry to hear of your frustration. Occasionally, wrap style frames can interfere with the vision and can be hard for some people to adjust to the curvature of the lenses. Hello Jacquelyn. Safety lenses have to be thicker than home glasses, but I am not sure based on the information provided if you are talking about home glasses or other safety glasses. We can have an optician follow up with you regarding your specific order and prescription to see if there is something we can do. All orders come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
