Hello Customer, thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your glasses. Eyelation processes the order based on the prescription provided by the employee. If your prescription states that it is for reading only and you need a different prescription for your safety glasses, please contact your eye care provider so that they can provide us with the prescription needed. If your prescription changed or you need to fulfill the order with an updated prescription, Eyelation has a return policy where you can exchange your order at no additional cost up to 30 days from the date you received your glasses. Hello Mike, thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing frame fit issues with your glasses. Eyelation has a 30 day return policy, where if you contact us within that period, we will send you a return shipping label and an optician can send you frame options that they believe will fit your face best. Our frame collection was updated in April 2021 and due to COVID restrictions, your company may not have added the new frame samples to their collection on site as of this time. If the kiosk needs troubleshooting, please have a safety administrator give us a call at 708-468-8229 and tech support would be happy to assist with re-calibrating the touch screen. Our opticians review and take measurements before processing an order and will reach out to the customer if there are any concerns. Eyelation has a 30 day guarantee policy where you can return/exchange your glasses up to 30 days from receiving your order. If you are experiencing frame fit issues when you receive your eyewear or you would like more information on the frames before placing your order, please give us a call at 708-468-8229 and one of our opticians would be happy to assist with the return and/or with finding frame options that would be a better fit.
