It would have been nice to have a larger selection of options; such as smaller lenses. Thank you.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jul 18, 2020
Hello Customer. Some employers that manage the safety program limit what is approved and available for employees to order. We are sorry if there were not enough options for you; Eyelation is working on adding more to the program. Thank you for your feedback, we hope you like your glasses. If you have any questions with your glasses feel free to contact us at 888-308-4703.

super easy, pretty good amount of choices in frames.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jul 18, 2020
Hello Customer. We continue to add frames to the collections and want to make sure people only order frames that are available from the manufacturer. We are glad to hear you were happy with the choices and felt ordering was easy. Thank you for your feedback!

its seems as though there were a lot less eye-glass frame choices this year... I previously had ordered the WX "contour" style frames, but this option was not available this time..
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jul 15, 2020
Hello RM. We are sorry there are less choices right now. Some frames did get back ordered as some suppliers are having issues sourcing product overseas. We also try to make it practice to turn off frames that we experience a lot of issues with to prevent customers from having a bad experience. We are working on adding more styles though as we know it is important to provide a variety to our customers. Thank you for your feedback!

Would of liked a better variety but understand why. Earpieces fall apart to easily on the ones with the partial rubber on them. Have had these taped up for over a year.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jul 15, 2020
Hello Customer. Thank you for your review. Due to the nature of the work environment the frames are only warrantied for a year from the manufacturer. I do apologize though that your temples have fallen apart. Please reach out to our customer service team at 888-308-4703 to see if you are eligible for a new pair from your company. There may be something that can be done. We do continue to source frames as much as possible to make sure customers have a variety of well made frame choices. Thank you for your feedback.

Need more selection of frames
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jul 10, 2020
Hello Customer. We are working on adding more frames to the collection. Sometimes employers limit the selection to certain types of frames, but we are always looking to add more so that customers feel there are enough options for them. Thank you for your feedback!

Easy to complete, only took about 15 minutes. Now if only the costs could come down a bit more so I didn't have to compromise on options.
