Your employer requested approval on all orders before Eyelation can proceed with fulfilling the order. Employees cannot log in to the administrator site to approve the order themselves. Since you placed the order today, we typically expect your safety administrator to approve the order within a couple of days. When you are in the ordering module, there are a set of drop down filters located above the selection of shoes where you can filter by Gender, Size, Width, and Brand. We are sorry to hear that you were not able to reach a customer service representative, however, your order was placed after our normal business hours.
