Hello Customer. I checked your order and you did order a pair that has little openings (vents) on the side of the temple. If you receive your glasses and are not satisfied, please give one of our opticians a call so that they can help you pick out something. We hope to have more images of the frames soon. Thank you for your feedback & review!

Hi Customer. Thank you for your review. We are working on making updates to the system so that customers can see more pictures of the frames at different angles. If the glasses on your face did not scale right, it could be an issue with the camera or the way the photo was taken. We will look into it! An optician always reviews every order though to make sure we can get the best measurements and will reach out if there are any issues. We appreciate your feedback and are happy it was a positive ordering experience for you!

Hello Chris. Thank. you for your feedback. We include small, medium, large, & XL for the frame sizes rather than numbers since most people are not as familiar with what numeric size they use for glasses. I will share your feedback with the team and possibly we can include it with the frame description. For order status updates, you would have to contact customer service at [email protected]. Thank you and we hope you like your new safety glasses!

Hello Customer. Thank you for your feedback. We have stayed away from having customers enter their prescription information in order to save people time when ordering and because some doctors write the prescription differently it may be hard to tell which numbers are which. We prefer to receive a copy of the Rx so that our trained opticians can review how the doctor wrote it and make sure it makes sense with the lenses ordered. You do have a valid point though and I will share your feedback with the team. Thanks so much! We hope you enjoy your glasses.
