Ordered a large size frame the first time and received a small. Sent that pair back then received the new pair one and a half months later. The pair I received were the right size. But the lens was all messed up. Had to send back a 2nd time.

Too much trouble. Been trying to do this since December. There is a lot of others that don't have safety glasses because of this process. Thank you Jimmy

I'm not too fond of their product. Everything is online, which creates a huge mess. They send you the wrong glasses.

There is no way to filter the safety toe material. The selection is very poor.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. We do take customer feedback seriously and will take a look at what we can do to make our safety shoe program more efficient. Please note that in some cases, companies have limited the styles available to their employees for safety and company reasons, this could be why the selection was limited. But thanks again for letting us know.

Impossible to reach for two days via phone 2/17-18/22 Took the money and ran. The lenses are of the poorest quality I have seen. I had used eyelation in 2017 and just threw the pair on a shelf never to be used after trying to exchange unsuccessfully. Now tried again 5 years later and the lenses are so distorted they will undoubtedly get me injured on the job. Two years insurance allowance has been stolen by eyelation .

The selection of safety shoes fails in comparison to the site my company left to come to Eyelation. The prices are not to high but the selection isn't there.

I told the salesman that I needed trifocals and gave him what I wanted otherwise. He gave me a price of $84 after what my company would pay. That amount was charged to my credit card on 3Nov21. On 13 Dec21 my credit card was charged $169 without my authorization and the $84 was credited. A $79 increase. When I called Eyelation they said it would cost more and I also would not get the Transitions as well. This is a classic Bait and Switch operation and I have to wonder if this is a standard practice at your company. I proceeded to CANCEL my order and inform my company NOT to pay their share as I would not be receiving the glasses. I hope you can change your practices because this was an egregious situation. I know now to NEVER purchase ANYTHING from your company!
