No measured sizing info No help what do ever Light on manufacturer info the company got back to me and let me know i should call them for questions. If they would have published that info on the web page I was using I would have called. I thought the web page was a more help yourself deal which would require some help files, maybe even have an example to follow. I have been wearing glasses for 55 years and never had to choose my size . If I am expected to choose a size, I would expect a size chart( maybe with the numbers on my frame). not impressed at all. we will see when they arrive.

Not a fan of trying glasses on virtually. Already had to send one pair back but if I have to send the newest pair back it will be at my expense. Completely unacceptable to not have unlimited returns since the glasses cannot be tried on until they are received. Also, the selection is limited at best. Wish my employer had provided another option for my prescription safety glasses.

HI Troy, thank you for your feedback, technically yes we do have a policy that we allow one return per year, however if you are really not happy with the fit or there is an issue with the frame size, lenses etc we will gladly exchange them at no charge. I tried to order a pair of much needed safety glasses but was denied because apparently my perscription had a shelf life? Whatever. I asked what I needed to do and was told that if I got a new perscription that they would honor my employee discounts. Not. They tried to charge me almost $350. I will not be using the service again. Just going to get a better product from my eye doctor.

Hi Mark, I am sorry to hear about your experience, prescriptions do have an expiration as vision changes, and we want to make sure your vision care is up to date, I did verify and you do qualify for the employee benefits allowances, I am not sure what the issue would be, our system does show the cost of without the benefit applied and then the cost with benefit applied to show the difference. Also it can vary depending on company policy, some companies only cover basic lenses and frames, if you were adding premium add ons ie progressives, those may not be covered by your company. Almost a moth to get my glasses. I could have gone to my local eye store. $470.00 and a moth later. What kind of business are you guys running. I would give a 0 start if it was allowed.

Sometimes orders take longer than expected as they do not meet our final safety inspections and we have to remake them, as we want to make sure your safety glasses are absolutely perfect and follow safety standards. Also benefit allowance does not always cover all premium lens options, it depends on your companies policy.
