Hello Customer, thank you for your feedback! We understand that some customers want to be able to try on the frame before purchasing it. However, due to the changing selection, this makes it challenging. If a product is unavailable for any reason, we can turn it off in the system so that it is not ordered and we try to add new products to meet the needs of the customers often. For those reasons, and others, it is hard to have the frames on site, but we do understand that it can be helpful. We continue to try and source new frames to provide a wide variety of options and will continue to work with your employer to add more frames in the future. If you are are not satisfied with your glasses, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and an optician can work with you to find a frame that is a comfortable fit. Thanks again!

Hello Customer, thank you for your feedback! On the web order site, if you need to go back to a previous step in the process when choosing your frames, lens, etc. you can either select the button "Continue to Step __" or you can select the title of the step (ex. "Safety Glasses Frames") to go back to that selection. However, if you need to go back to one of the original three steps (Add Photo, Add Rx, or Order), you would need to either click the Eyelation logo at the top left or log out and log back in again. Hello Jason, thank you for your review! We try to offer a wide variety of frames to our customers. However, your company may limit the frame selection depending on the circumstances of their workplace environment. Currently, our virtual try-on does only show the front of the face. We appreciate your feedback and I will be sure to share this with the team. We hope you enjoy your glasses!

Hello Cynthia, thank you for your review! One of our goals is to provide a smooth and easy ordering experience for our customers. Trifocals are a special case and because of this unfortunately our process for ordering them does currently require some additional steps. I will bring this to our team to try and find a more streamlined solution for the future. We appreciate your feedback!

Currently, our virtual-try on only shows how the frames look on the front of the face, but we do offer photos of the front and sides of the frame so the customer can see more of the frame details.
