Hi Amanda, I am sorry to hear we did not meet the mark. The platform is meant to be a simple 3 stop process 1. take a photo 2. add prescription & PD 3. select glasses, and you are meant to be in the system prior to ordering, Thank you for letting us know and will look at what we can do to make sure this does not happen again.

Hi Mohamed, I am sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately some companies limit the selection available to their employees due to company and safety policies. In order to add more selection it is the company that has to request it as they limited it in the beginning. Currently we have over 75 brands, and 1750 styles, however depending on your job the company may have limited that to a certain specific style or brand or safety feature. Hi Jamie, I am sorry we did not meet the mark. I apologize for this. Unfortunately things get lost in the mail and have no control over them. However I did check and your order is being re-processed as of August 10th. It should ship out shortly. We have upgraded shipping to priority mail and added some free accessories as an apology. Hi Corey, I am sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. I see you did order last year and there was a lens issue in one the lenses which we did adjust and correct. This years frames are being processed still and should ship out soon. I have made a note for your Eyelation sales rep to reach out to your companies program admin to make sure everyone is satisfied with the program. I did check and I do not see any other issues with orders or 1 star reviews. But we will make follow up to be sure. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Joel, I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. I see the new order was just placed. It is a $20 difference out of pocket price. I am sorry we could not find a better comparable frame for the same price. As for the checking account incident- I am not sure what happened, as we only have your credit card on file to pay the out of pocket difference after your benefit.
