Hello Al, thank you for your feedback! We are happy to hear that you are satisfied with your safety glasses. Eyelation tries to provide a variety of frames for our customers to choose from. However, it appears your employer has limited the frames available. We continue to try to source new frames and will continue to work with your employer to hopefully add more frames soon. Thank you again for your review!

Hello Brett, thank you for your review! Per ANSI standards, our safety eyewear is shipped with side shields. In the system, our pictures do not always show the side shields so that people can have a better view of the frame. Various customers have different policies about whether or not the side shields are permanent, removeable, or integrated and we ship the glasses according to the company's policy. We hope you enjoy your glasses! Thanks again!

Hello Mo, thank you for your feedback! Our credit card processing company was experiencing credit card transaction issues on 2/26, and as a result, some orders with credit card balances were unable to be processed during that time. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and the issue should be resolved. If you ever experiencing any issues with ordering, please give us a call at 708-468-8229 and we would be happy to assist. Thank you again for your review!
