Very good experience overall. Delivery was alright, safety glasses come without safety shields. Had to make a return for safety shields. Thank you for the prompt response.

loved that it was a very easy process. Only thing that stopped a 5 stars was you guys didn't tell me how much i had to spend at the beginning so i had picked out to expensive of a frame and wasn't able to get the scratch proof etc. I had to start over and pick a cheaper frame. If i would have known what i had to spend it would have been even faster and easier process. Thank you for your services though.

We understand your frustration regarding the initial frame selection process and how knowing your spending limit upfront would have made it even smoother. We are always looking for ways to improve our service and your feedback is invaluable in helping us achieve that. We will certainly consider how we can better communicate budget information at the beginning of the selection process to enhance the customer experience. Thank you for your kind words about our services. -Team Eyelation

The web sire was pretty easy to navigate and I like the try on visual. My suggestion would be to make it easier to go back after viewing. Every time I made my selections on preferences I could view the selected styles and then click on the individual frames, but when I went back I had to reselect my preferences every time.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jun 26, 2026
Hello Gary, We appreciate your positive feedback on our website's navigation and visual try-on feature. We understand your suggestion about improving the back function after viewing individual frames, and we will certainly look into making that process more seamless. Thank you for helping us improve! -Team Eyelation
