Positive - Upgraded from 2 stars to 3 1/2 stars Positive: Eyelation replied to my post. Kudos to them - reviewing their processes for improvements. Positive: I appreciated Eyelation's continued efforts to provide safety glasses with the correct prescription and frame size. Positive: Employees I spoke to were courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Negative: Initially, 2 star rating as it took the onsite initial appointment (prescription identified was wrong) plus returning the glasses to Eyelation (frame size wrong) twice before received the correct prescription and frame size. Negative: Even then, the frame was not the one I selected - works (not sending them back). Would have been nice to know the frame I selected wasn't available and given option to select another frame or told only the one I received was available.

Hello Ann, We appreciate you sharing your experience and acknowledge the frustration caused by the multiple attempts to get your safety glasses right. It is clear that the process was not as smooth as it should have been, from the initial prescription issue to the frame size and ultimately receiving a different frame than selected. We are reviewing our procedures to prevent similar situations in the future and ensure better communication regarding frame availability. Thank you again. -Team Eyelation

I’m thinking that you don’t trust your experience because you told me to go ahead and schedule an appointment with my regular optometrist. The glasses that I have are really heavy. I would have thought that you could have come back and adjusted our glasses them after we got them. Normally every pair of glasses I’ve ever gotten comes free with a case.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jun 18, 2026
Hello Steve, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We always recommend a complete comprehensive eye exam. That is why we have an acknowledgement letting you know we only check your prescription, not the overall health of your eyes. We do not have that equipment. We do have cases online you can order with your glasses. Ours come with a bag to keep them in. We are sorry your glasses are heavy. You can usually go to any local provider for free adjustments. A good fit is crucial for proper safety and maximizing the benefits of your safety eyewear. If not, we’re here to help! Your eyewear is eligible for a product exchange, return or adjustment. To receive a product exchange, give us a call at 1.888.308.4703 or [email protected] and we will send you a prepaid label to ship your glasses back to us. Team Eyelation

Ordered my glasses. Get an email with the silliest of requirements to upload a picture of my face. Eventually complied and uploaded a photo two weeks ago. Just getting confirmation that this order has been shipped today.

Hello Joshua, We appreciate you sharing your experience. We do need a clear photo with no glasses looking straight into the camera. This is for digital measuring purposes to ensure accuracy. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Glasses do take 10-14 days to manufacture and deliver from the time they are processed. We apologize for not being clear on the delivery times. We hope you enjoy your new safety eyewear. -Team Eyelation

I like my glass safety classes, except my error, I didn't know we could order smaller glasses. I normally wear kid glasses because the size and shape of my face/head. So, other than that fits pretty good. Oh, and one side of my nose gets soar, leave my nose red and my ears hurt because they are heavy.
