Hello Katherine, The assessment we do is with an autorefractor. The same equipment used in a Dr's office by an experienced optician to determine your initial Rx. The same process used in doctor's offices. We then tweak it, if needed , just like the Dr's office. The difference is, it is reading 1 eye at a time as we travel to many different locations and it is smaller. The findings are the sent to our Dr. to provide the final Rx, which can be taken anywhere to get regular glasses as well. The reason we do not offer a full "eye exam" is that we do not check the health of your eyes. We do not have that equipment. We always recommend a complete eye exam for that. Terrible communication, I was told multiple times that my order was not processed correctly and it would ship the next day. Six weeks later I still have no glasses!!

everything went well. The employees where nice. The process was quick and efficent. However, My presecription was completely wrong when I recieved i. either there was not enough data from when I was tested at the scene or I got the wrong prescription written down but I cannot see out of the googles effectivly and would not be willing to use the prescription taken in fear that it is wrong.
