Hello. I am sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. If you log onto your weborder account, at the top right there is toggle menu. You can see your order history. You will be able to see what your benefit was and what was paid out of pocket. You should have also received an email with your order details. Please check your spam folder. Hi Dan, I am sorry to hear we did not meet the mark. I see your new order is being processed. It usually takes 10-14 business days to process. Once it ships we send out an email with the tracking information. For updates during the process time, you can ask your program administrator. They will be able to see your order and its status.
