Hi Chao, we appreciate your time and feedback. We had an optician try to reach out to you a few times via email and phone regarding cancelling your order. Your order was cancelled since you never provided an active prescription. If you have a active prescription you are welcome to reorder a new pair. Please be sure to upload that prescription.
