Hi Reza, thank you for your feedback. I did check your previous orders, I see you ordered the basic bifocal, a progressive lens is an upgraded bifocal. But I do not see any reference to progressives in the order from the lab. Please make sure to contact customer service at 1-888-308-4703. I do see your current order placed on July 22nd, for a basic bifocal. It is being processed and should ship out shortly. Thank you.

Hello Tom, thank you for the feedback. our FAQ on our website does answer this question. https://eyelation.com/frequently-asked-questions/ " All of the prescription and non-prescription eyewear that we sell is custom made to meet the ANSI Z87.1 standard for industrial safety glasses. We don’t carry every frame from every manufacturer. We carefully narrowed down our selection based on data from our industrial customers and only want to provide glasses that work!" Hi Jesse, thank you for the feedback. We do try our hardest to ship them out as fast as possible. Each pair of frames is custom made and unfortunately due to Covid issues shipping times can still be delayed. Hopefully we will be back to 7-10 business days soon. Thank you

Hi Alan, thank you for sharing. I am sorry to hear the on-site kiosk didn't work. I will definitely let our tech support know. It is possible that the connection was poor. Our kiosks are usually cellular connected and depending on the location may not have good service somethings, like a cell phone. Thank you.
