Not sure, did I get a prescription? You’re asking me for one. I’m confused about what to do. The eye glass frames were not what I like/use. Metal frame wrap around engineer/aviator glasses are not uncommon why no selection. And no eyeglass coatings or any selection there either.

We are sorry for any confusion regarding the automated email regarding your RX. You don't need to worry about your prescription. A doctor will be providing the prescription and your order will be processed as soon as it is received. Regarding the frame selection, metal wrap frames are not something we carry, but we will forward your message on to our team to look in to. Your company does allow you to select A/R, Hard Coating, etc, but it is something that will need to be paid out of pocket. I never got my glasses and when I checked, it said the RX was invalid but I never got an email or anything saying this.

Selection is horrible. Fitting methods are done in the laziest fashion I have ever seen, again. I would like to see a voucher to get my own safety glasses at my place of choice. I ordered these as a back up pair. Spent over 200$ of my own money to get decent safety eyewear that actually looks good and I hope to be Compensated financially soon. I need help submitting compensation forms for at least my frames! Please.
