Hello Kyle, Thank you for your reply. We are sorry to hear your glasses were not good. We actually have lots of employees that say our prescriptions are better than the Dr. The assessment we do is with an autorefractor. The same equipment used in a Dr's office by an experienced optician to determine your initial Rx. We then tweak it if needed just like the Dr's office. The difference is, it is reading 1 eye at a time as we travel to many different locations. Luckily, we offer a 30-day return, exchange and adjustment policy from the date of delivery.
