My wife needed metal free glasses for her job in the MRI unit. We ordered a 6 pair set of metal free glasses. Unfortunately one pairs arms broke and a second pairs arms were working loose. We made reference to this in our review and we had an immediate response from eyekeeper offering us a refund for the two pair of glasses. Amazing aftersales service. Totally unexpected. Have purchased quite a few pairs of glasses, most have been ok, but the screw less ones have not. I ordered the pack of six about 2 months ago and though I love the look of the glasses 3 of the pairs have broken all in the same place which is where the arm meets the front of the glasses, pieces of plastic has just fell off for no apparent reason. The customer service has been great an I have been refunded, but disappointed in the robustness of the glasses. I am 64 and do try to look after them. If you are looking for hard wearing and long lasting spectacles I'm afraid it's not these. I ordered 2 pairs of mirror aviator readers. Emailed them to ask if I could get one blue mirror and one silver mirror. I got zero mirror. Sent photos of the two I got and asked for them to send the ones I ordered and they haven’t responded. All I want is what I ordered. After such a great email from them that they could send me blue mirror and silver mirror 3.0 readers I thought I was good. Not at all what I ordered did I get. Not happy! They are working with me to fix - time will tell and I will update with a more positive experience.
