What happened? The quality is gone. This newest set will not last I can already tell. One pair had a lense fall out before it even got to me. So 1 pair is useless. I put the lense back in but it just falls out again. The others in the set crack and the bows are loose feeling. Was this a returned set??? This will probably be my last order.

Die Lieferzeit war länger als beschrieben. Jedoch sind die Brillen sehr gut verpackt und genau wie beschrieben angekommen. Gerne wieder. Mit dem Wissen nicht in 3 Tagen beliefert zu werden.

They were very easy to contact and communicate with. They had great customer care. My glasses were the wrong script and they helped find a great solution very quickly.

What you order is not what you get. I ordered a set of 5 pcs reading glasses I COLOR MIX (by photo showing Yellow, blue, red, white a.o.) but I received 5 pcs all in a variation of black. Customer support means that a small variation of pattern on the temples is the same as COLOR MIX. I no not agree!!!

I bought 2 pairs of reading glasses with different corrections for each eye. The reading quality in each eye was awesome, however, the first set broke at the connecting mechanism above my nose.
