Eyeglass World in Charleston has nice prices and a good selection. However, the three star rating is for the communication. I received a voice mail message that was confusing, but lead me to believe my glasses had arrived. At store, glasses had not arrived, and I felt foolish as though someone had tricked me into coming. Later received a text message that glasses had arrived, and this time was true. Manager was helpful, however.

I had to pay for the eye exam, whereas the eye exam is free at America's Best. My eyes were not dilated for the exam, even though it said on the paperwork that they would be and that dilating my eyes would give me a more thorough exam. The deal for two pairs of eyeglasses is slightly more expensive than at America's Best, though they do seem to be slightly better glasses. Considering that it was more than double the price of getting glasses at America's best, I would like not go to Eyeglass World again.
