The glasses were VERY slow to arrive… and NO refund yet.
The glasses were VERY slow to arrive although my credit card was charged immediately. I did not like the style I received so I returned them immediately. The USPS tracking information said they were dropped off at the business yet I haven't seen a refund in the last 30 days and have had ZERO luck having any of my emails returned. I would very much suggest finding almost any other eyeglass source as they are sure to be better. UPDATE - the refund did finally show up, phew. But, not until I found another email to communicate on this same thread. If you need a niche antique frame/lens spot you may be fine but I won't use them again.
