Eyeglasses WarehouseReviews of eyeglasseswarehouse.com

I have bought several pairs of glasses from here (I have an unfortunate habit of leaving my glasses out and the dog loves them...too much). All were perfectly executed progressive lenses. Clearest, lightest lenses I have ever had. Customer service is prompt and spot on. Highly recommend!

The glasses were VERY slow to arrive although my credit card was charged immediately. I did not like the style I received so I returned them immediately. The USPS tracking information said they were dropped off at the business yet I haven't seen a refund in the last 30 days and have had ZERO luck having any of my emails returned. I would very much suggest finding almost any other eyeglass source as they are sure to be better. UPDATE - the refund did finally show up, phew. But, not until I found another email to communicate on this same thread. If you need a niche antique frame/lens spot you may be fine but I won't use them again.

I purchased antique EyeDC frames from a seller in Europe and could not find an optical company in Denver that would or could cut the unique lens. I search and discover Eyeglasses Warehouse in New York. Gotta say best experience ever - staff Levi especially assisted in getting everything done in a timely manner. Lens perfectly cut and shipped w/o incident. Trust in using this specialty company with your antique or prized eye glasses - thanks.

I wear rimless antique glasses. I find them in antique shops or unique eyeglass stores. They always need to be rebuilt. The only shop I allow to work on my glasses is EYEGLASSES WAREHOUSE. They advise, repair and maintain all of my glasses. And the eyewear complements abound due to EGWH's repair skills and parts inventory depth. They are a treasure!

I have made purchases several times here. Great products, rare finds, and great customer service. Thank you!!

Fake company. I made payment and product never sent. Phone goes directly to voicemail with no call back. Customer support email is invalid.

Loved the first frames I got a year ago now!! Everyone compliments it– and Eyeglasses Warehouse had just the right one. If anyone's looking to revamp their look, just their frames alone makes the strongest statement! (:

It was my own fault, but I chose a frame that didn’t have the same coloration as the photograph on their website. The company was nice enough to change the frame with no cost whatsoever. The new frame and lenses fit perfectly.
