Eyeglassesdirect took excellent care of my glasses when putting in new lenses. I had an antique pair of semi-rimless glasses. They were delicate and Eyeglasses direct had to take great care when putting in the new lenses. I am sure they put in far more time than on a regular pair of glasses. My glasses are beautiful!! I would recommend Eyeglasses direct to anyone who needs a new pair of lenses in their glasses.

I was pleasantly surprised at the thorough going over of my old frame and the feeling of having received a pair of brand new glasses at a reasonable price and a very reasonable lead time.

I've used them twice - once to fix a broken frame, the other to fix scratched lenses. They were quick and cheap, and even mailed them back with a new case + lens cloth and cleaner.

Delivered what they promised. A tech called me when they got my order to be sure my prescription was accurate because the bifocal seam appeared to be too high. It wasn't, but I liked their attention to detail. Also, it was easy to talk to a tech when I had to find out how to make an adjustment to the over-ear arm curvature. His explanation involved heating it with a hair dryer to bend it and that worked well.
