Always a great experience.

I bought a pair of sunglasses overseas that fit my over my nose perfectly. When I scratched the lens I was more upset about finding another pair that fit as well than about the money to buy another pair. I found Eyeglassdirect online and decided to give it a try. They were able to measure, cut, and replace the scratched lenses. And had tons of options (regular, polarized, scratch resistant, etc). It cost about $30/lens for regular nonpolarized lenses so it wasn't cheap but totally worth it if your glasses are expensive or the frames are special.

I have used Eyeglassdirect for replacement lenses in my frames multiple times. One of those times, I made a mistake on the prescription and when I received the glasses, Eyeglassdirect was very accommodating and reasonable which, considering it was completely my error was a very pleasant experience. All other contacts have been prompt and completely satisfactory. I do recommend them to others.

Eyeglass Direct took the time required to fix my eyeglasses and did a very good job fixing them.

I had my sunglasses lens replaced on my RayBan's - I liked the frame and could not see spending money on a new frame. Others wanted to charge me twice as much. This was so easy and quick. I had my glasses back in a week and they cleaned and tightened the frame. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
