Very good service. I sent my frames with the old lenses. They were replaced with the new prescription and promptly returned. Plan to use Eyeglass direct when I need new or different glasses. Regular mail will do though as Priority didn't make that much difference.

When I broke my Tiffany eye glasses I was devastated. I thought my $500 fames was money gone down the drain. I searched all over to get them repaired everyone said, they couldn’t be fixed. When I contacted Eyeglassdirect they fixed my eyeglasses for a reasonable price and I had them back within 2 weeks!!! I couldn’t believe it! There was no signs my glasses were ever broken, They looked brand new! I’m so very happy with the service 😀

Eyeglass Direct was affordable, speedy and professional. Their website is easy to navigate, the steps for mail-in are clear and easy to follow. They send an email every step your eyeglasses make so you always know where your order is. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I had my own frames and only purchased lenses through them, but so pleased. Saved a lot of money.

Product delivered was as expected. Time from order placement to delivery could have been better.
