Excellent quality, poor delivery. I have used Eyeglass Direct for many years. The quality of the glasses has always been excellent and the affordable prices allow me to have multiple sets of distance, reading and sun glasses for home, work and in the car. Delivery times have gotten to be very long. When I first did business, delivery was about one week, Now, it is more like one month, and since I travel often, this is a problem because I cannot schedule deliveries to be where I will need them. I am hoping that Eyeglass Direct adds more employees or makes other arrangements to fix this problem.

Worst service. The owner curse customer on the phone used F words. Very bad experience. But I bought way better and cheaper glasses from eyebuydirect.com

Had three pair of glasses refurbished with new lenses and I'm thrilled with the finished product! Sending a fourth pair in next week. Now I have a variety of glasses to wear when I choose my outfit each day. Love it!

I was really impressed that they could work with me giving me what I was hoping to get. I felt like I was working with real craftsmen, not a cookie cutter machine.I wanted my old frames with an adjustment and they turned out beautifully. The best part was the price.
