This is just a review of the ordering process and price. With my insurance of VSP, I ordered a pair of $200-ish prescription glasses with a 20 percent discount, which was a fair price based on having glasses for 20 + years. I ordered and requested they reach out to my target eye doc to get the prescription since target optical would not email it to me. It they don't receive it within a few days they will cancel order. The glasses arrived about a week after I ordered them - faster than expected. They fit well and appear to be the correct prescription. Now, the receipt in the box stated this for return - "Please note any returns must be received within 30 days from the shipping date of your purchase". My thought is, while other retailers will offer extended warranty plans for a price to the consumer or stand by their product for much longer, why can't Eyeconic? Maybe a short window of return is common for the online eye industry. Anywhoo, I'm over all pleased with the ordering process and fast shipping. I feel like I received exactly what I ordered.
