Eyeconic failed to complete my order after accepting and confirming the order online and via phone. They did not send any communication of the cancellation of my order and I had to call to find out they had cancelled and my vision insurance benefit had expired and been lost. Customer service was unhelpful and offered no solutions or remediation.

I placed an order with Eyeconics for contact lenses totaling $25.98. UPS marked the package as delivered, but I never received it. I contacted Eyeconics multiple times, and they repeatedly cited UPS tracking as proof of delivery, without addressing the fact that I did not receive the merchandise. This order also used approximately $150 in vision insurance benefits, which were impacted by the non-delivery. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue via email, Eyeconics has not issued a refund or confirmed that my insurance benefits will be reinstated. This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and unprofessional. I will not be ordering from or recommending Eyeconics.

I think it's criminal that this website is allowed to charge so much more than other retailers for the same frames while being owned by the VSP insurance company that only shells out $160 toward the total when it's $200-$300 less expensive from retailers.

Just terrible. All around scam. Don’t send in glasses you pay $200 for and then claim they did. I should’ve stuck with Aetna. I could’ve got a better deal on glasses at my local retailer too.

Buyer beware: I reported my order as lost and this company doesn't seem to care. They waited four days before even opening an investigation with UPS. My shipment is on the other side of the country and the tracking link hasn't been updated in 10 days. They told me I have to wait on UPS for another week before they'll send a replacement, which is unacceptable—it's been 3 weeks already since my order shipped. I've been a loyal customer for years, and because of this experience, I will never order from them again. They sell contacts, which I can buy literally anywhere. Without good customer service, this company has nothing to offer.

Shame on me for not doing more research prior to buying glasses there. I thought it was convenient that that they would process my insurance for me. However, I since then learned they are owned by the Insurance Co, that's the 1st conflict of interest. All they care about is lowest cost for them. Better off filing your own insurance and get better quality glasses for less elsewhere. Their products are all cheap Chinese junk with cheap materials and hinges. To get into a more quality pair, they start at over $400 and their prices for these higher tier glasses are way more than competitors. Example: Oakley Metalink $400, when $255 on EyeBuyDirect. I bought a pair of Nike glasses, hinge broke in 3 mos of gentle, part-time use. Warranty replacement is a joke, Very limited selection, everything you might be interested in is out-of-stock, limited to set $ amount with no option to get refund for lessor glasses or to pay more for better glasses, you're required to send in you broken glasses before they will even begin the process of you replacements, leaving you will no current Rx glasses to wear for 3-4 weeks. AVOID them!

Worst Customer service , refuses to help any customer, will NOT go above will only do the smallest thing. After i finally receive my order i will never use them again. No matter if they save me on insurance or not. Id rather spend a bit more for better customer care.

Paid $300 for a pair of glasses with insurance. 2 weeks later the glasses fell off my nightstand and the arm snapped off. Obviously a defect in this pair or simply poor quality. Eyeconic refused to replace them stating that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects. I will never purchase from them again.
