I will need to exchange them. I could not see out of them.

I received the order, however once again the prescription is incorrect. I will be returning the glasses for the third time.

This was my first experience with online ordering and I must say that it did not turn out to be good. My glasses are way heavier than what I expected (or got from previous stores). The good part was that I was able to get prompt customer support but the input that I got was like "it is case by case basis".

I liked the virtual try on. The order and shipping process were excellent. Great prices especially with my benefits. I loved the glasses but had tonreturn them as the multi focal lenses just did not fit my needs.

I had done the order to have progressive lenses, but when I received the glasses they did not have the progressive lenses. I checked the order details and it did not have the progressive lenses indicated.🤕 But they fit great and look great😃

The first set of frames was out of stock but it took forever for Eyeconic to let me know.

I have already had a problem with the glasses. To start off with, the glasses had a smudge underneath where the glasses laid and although it's not a big deal, cosmetically I should have received a new pair of glasses without any kind of material defects. The second thing is that I have had the glasses for less than 2 months now and there is already a part of the glasses that fell off. There is a tiny part between the frame stem that goes to the ear and the glasses themselves that broke off. I don't know what the policy is but I am going to see if I can have them returned for a new frame. The lens had a tiny scratch in it when I first opened the case and it wasn't too big of a deal, but I figured as long as I am mentioning things that occurred with this experience, I may as well mention that too. I did like the speediness of the delivery but the glasses themselves didn't turn out to be as durable as I would have hoped for that price range.

I liked the frames but they really messed up the prescription. I couldn’t see very well with them on. I have to send them back.
