On the plus side, the prices on SOME of the frames are good. It's also a simple process On the minus side, exchanging glasses is problematic. There is no place but a notes field to enter the new glasses you want, you cannot deviate from the price you originally paid, i.e. the glasses have to be the exact same price. They send you an email to confirm the exchange, but don't bother to read your reply - and have no place to put it in their system - so it doesn't move forward. There is no indication on your order history that you even made an exchange and so it does not show the glasses you actually got, and there is no complementary adjustment for the new glasses.

Delivery of my sunglasses were ok. It's the quality of the Anne Klein glasses that I spent almost $300 on using my vision insurance. The glasses didn't look as presented on the website. When I tried them on, I felt like they could easily break. I probably will not order again.

Long delivery time

The service was fast but I left a lot of money on the table from my insurance. When I go into the optical store and use my vision insurance on contacts with the remaining balance, they normally give me free trial pairs to make up the difference. Here I just lost money

The company is great I just don't like the glasses I selected. Doing an exchange for another pair with Eyeconic.

Unclear pricing throughout my order. Then I wanted to use up my HSA balance and pay with credit card for the remaining amount but per my calls with customer service, that wasn’t an option so I had to lower my quantity significantly in order to use my HSA. The products were great, pricing and service were average.

I would have liked more effort completed in contacting my eye doctor for a prescription instead of having my order canceled.

It took over a month to get my contact lenses, because the initial order had been returned to the sender without any clear reason, but I’m glad I got the lenses finally. The customer service was great.
