The system isn’t as easy to use as some of the other online providers.
I expected my enhanced insurance to fully cover my glasses when ordering online. The amount that wasn’t covered is about the same as ordering full price lenses making me feel that this is basically a scam to sell insurance covering an enormous markup.
Limited lens replacement protection. This is standard at many providers online.
My left eye is small and blind and I couldn’t specify my left and right PD (which are different).

Convenient and integrates well with vision insurance BUT terrible customer service
Purchasing my eyeglasses on line seemed convenient, time saving, and safe in the age of COVID-19 therefore I tried Eyeconic. This was a disappointing experience, I won't use Eyeconic again, and I do not recommend. Pros: Able to seamlessly use my vision insurance through the Eyeconic website. The website is slick and makes it seem like you are getting a huge discount on the eyeglasses when actually the insurance is paying a portion, so its not really a discount. Lack of transparency here.
I liked the vast selection of frames from most brands. Cons: The website does not allow users to select an eye doctor. There is a 'choose a provider' page, but you can't add your selection to your profile. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who could not add the provider from their side either. The rep told me 'the provider gets into your profile after a claim is paid to that provider.' Makes no sense. The website is great for selecting frames and making a purchase, it seems that's where Eyeconic focused in developing the website – sales The after sales service does not exist on the website. Once an order is placed, there is no way to use the website to obtain a status report. The only info I was able to get from the website was: 'order in process.' My first order was cancelled by Eyeconic due to (they claimed) Eyeconic not being able to contact my eye doctor and get my prescription. Eyeconic did not notify me of this cancellation nor did they notify me during the period of time when they were supposedly unsuccessfully trying to contact my eye doctor. Note I gave Eyeconic express written permission to obtain my prescription from my eye doctor. I only found out about the cancelled order when I called Eyeconic repeatedly to ask for a status report. Oh, by the way, every time I called Eyeconic there was an automated system that informed me of a lengthy wait time, for example 18 mins and as long as 40 minutes.I called my eye doctor and in five minutes was able to get my prescription emailed to me it took one simple phone call. I don't understand why Eyeconic was not able to get my prescription from my eye doctor nor why they failed to contact me before cancelling my order. I placed a second order, provided Eyeconic my prescription, and heard nothing for several weeks. When I called Eyeconic to check on the status (Eyeconic website does not provide this info) I was told 'there's been a delay' and the rep used bad weather as the excuse for the delay. My new eyeglasses finally showed up and they don't allow me to see properly, the progressive portion of the lenses is not lined up properly. Eyeconic states '100% satisfaction guaranteed.' I can only imagine what I am going to have to go through to get these glasses fixed or replaced or get a refund. Stay tuned for an update.

Two things
Two things - the first pair went to the wrong address and then the quality of my progressives is not good at all. I cannot wear them and had to get new pairs made from Glasses USA

Ordered second pair May 21st
Ordered second pair May 21st, it June 7th and no information given except"they are in the lab" when I called customer service on June 3rd.. I did not pay for expedited shipping but they haven't even shipped. I ordered previously this year, the same thing happened. Very slow service. This will be my last time using this company.

Will no be a returning customer, unfortunately.
It was a good experience getting updates on the order and I got it in a good time frame, based on what the option told me about this kind of glasses I thought I would have had more range in terms of seeing a little further than 4 feet because in my previous computer glasses that I got from Costco when I look up I could recognize people but with this one I cannot clearly see their faces, Thank goodness I still have my old pair as I'm a receptionist and I need that range, I am grateful but I don't think I will get another pair of these glasses as the one from Costco works better. I am just being honest as I was really hoping to love these. I will use them just reading. Thank you.

Eyeconic..Oh, how I tried to love you.
Eyeconic... I really wanted to love and tried to like you...maybe even have a new source for (almost) all things vision related. From the initial order, to my having to seek out updates - the experience has fallen short of reasonable expectations. After being told there was a seven to 10 business day delay, I got an email stating that the factory had broken them while in production. They said there would be an additional delay, yet the very next day (today) they have shipped out. Time will tell if I got an actual new pair or a repaired one that had recently been broken. Two stars is the best I could muster for now. I am not looking for an amazing service recovery, just for this to be made right and have some proactive communication from you.
***UPDATE: Eyeconic has made this right with me, not only by refunding some of my dollars but more importantly admitting that the disconnect was on their end. I would give them another shot.

Two incorrect orders, and no refunds...
My first order was delivered incorrect. Eyeconic arranged a return and exchange, and I was satisfied with that. However, my second order arrived incorrect and without the progressive lenses I purchased. I was told that they could not correct the order a second time, and they would not even refund the extra money that was paid for progressive lenses. I can't see using Eyeconic again. :(

It takes too long.
I've ordered since January 5 and it took a week for my prescription to get verified even though I uploaded a picture. Since then it's been on "lab processing". I am truly disappointed. If at least they would be honest to say it's going to take 2 months to get your order then I would of made my decision knowing that. So now I'm stuck not knowing if these glasses are ever going to come or should I buy some where else. If you plan ordering from them please take the time frame into consideration. Also communication with company is poor, they take forever to reply. The online buying experience was pretty good and simple.

Update: well after almost 2 months of nothing I was able to get in touch with customer service and asked them to cancel my order. It was canceled successfully. I'm going somewhere else.
