I’m not using any online service to buy glasses again. The frames didn’t look like the pictures on the website and looked cheap once they arrived. Maybe others may find the advantage pf purchasing online, but even the wait times took longer than expected.

My prescription from my eye doctor ended up not working. I sent my frames back to have revised lenses put in. I hunted hard for these particular frames. I knew they were sold out when I sent my eyeglasses back for a swap out of lenses. They don't tell you that they don't open your box and swap out your lenses in those current frames. They actually dont open any boxes and they are just put in a giant landfill full of wasted glasses. So if the particular frames are no longer available you have to pick new ones. I would have never sent my frames back. I would have just brought them to vision works and paid for new lenses. Besides the stupidity of this practice, the waste is just astronomical. They dont tell you and they will not send back your box to you. I hate this company. I am out my glasses.

Unreal. Total and utter lack of customer service, sent me the wrong glasses and nobody will take charge. I have provided everything asked, detailed photos and all. I keep being told a response is coming in 24-48 hours, but then 72 hours passes, and then a week. I have to triple/quadruple email to even get someone to “request a status update”. Just let me return the glasses and send me the right ones. Jesus. Is it that hard?

Several days after ordering contacts (when I'd paid for the express shipping because I was out of contacts and about to leave on an extended trip) they sent me an email notifying me that the spelling of my name didn't match the spelling of my name on my prescription, and they couldn't fulfill my order. Absolute disaster I have to emergency order from Warby Parker (for the same price, oddly -- would have thought that eyeconic would be cheaper but no, it's just shittier).

Si pudiera ponerle 0 estrellas se las pondría. Es una puñetera porquería, que no las compre nadie!! Es imposible ponérselas, y son pestañas plastiqueras súper cutres. Encima no contestan a los correos de reembolso, son unos ESTAFADORES!!!

They kept messing up my replacement glasses order. They either shipped them to the wrong address or the right address but the wrong pair of glasses. They did this 4 times and I eventually went to the wrong address they sent them to got my glasses. They never responded to my last email asking for a manager to reach out to me, but i did email them back after 5 days of no response and let them know I got my glasses and no action was needed. I still feel they did a pretty poor job.

I ordered multiple prescription glasses from Eyeconic and later found they were using default PD measurements instead of verified personal measurements on several orders. Prescription glasses should be made to the customer’s actual specs, not random defaults. Very disappointing customer service and no real accountability. Avoid buying prescription eyewear here if accuracy matters.
