Purchased two pairs. One was way too small. Other one had two seperate lenses. Returned both for exchanges. I was told a week later that those glasses are no longer available and to pick a new pair. Found a new pair and currently just waited 25 minutes on hold to let them know I found a new pair. This is going on 4 weeks for shopping, receiving and now returning. If you don't mind not having glasses for 2 months or the wrong lenses or size and like to wait on hold for now going on 40 minutes than this is the place to get your glasses! 0 stars if possible. Avoid at all cost. Notice the bad reviews. Wish I would have before all thos nonsense.

Eyeconic customer service is non-existent. It took over 40 days to receive my order and then they sent me glasses with scratches all over the lenses and would not work with me on a plan to replace them or apply my insurance funds to a replacement. The quality and workmanship is substandard and the customer service department will not work with you at all. Do NOT buy from Eyeconic.

Terrible service. My $500 glasses have been preparing for shipping almost 2 months and still not ready, Customer service always say the same - we don't have any info when you will receive it. You gonna get blind before you receive any glasses from that service!

I paid extra for progressive and anti halo. Got non of that. Then when I called was told that I had to return glasses to be tested. I asked how am I supposed to work. And was given the policy statement. OK I'm done here. Never will get another dime from me or anyone I know.

Very disappointing! They sent me a wrong frame color. They have the worst customer service!

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses. A few months after receiving one pair I emailed for an exchange because they were falling apart. My first email was 1.2.20 I have sent everything they required four times. No contact since May and as of June 13th, 2020 still no resolution. I'm notifying my insurance to warn people.

I am very frustrated with you process. I will be leaving a review on all of your sites today. I purchased 3 pair of glasses and I need to exchange just the lenses but I was told by and representative and a supervisor that I have to request a refund for the entire order and start over. That is so ridiculous!

Took forever to process order. Tip: order WELL in advance if you use them.
