I did enjoy the virtual try on, but with the sunglasses I got it's really not my style, but it was hard to tell from the images they provided, so I suggested if you buying here just look for a model that has the sunglasses you're looking for so it can give you a better idea. I like aviator style but I like when I don't see my eyes on the mirror, and I was able to see my eyes with the ones I got.

The order was easy to place and delivery was good as well but I wish there was an option to make the lens thinner and gloss the sides better so that they are barely visible. I'd suggest that if the prescription is too strong, if the lens are too thick, this style of ordering may not be the best option

One of the lenses was not put in frames all the way and the lenses dont seem to be very high quality. I have transition lenses and they make me dizzy and give me headaches unlike my other pair from the eye dr.

The tool for the PD did not load. Had to look up on Internet to see how to measure. Very frustrating. Love the glasses, but I am having a hard time adjusting from far to close. Not sure if I did the PD correct. I will not order again online, it's just not the same.

Our insurance was not used, so we have had to request reimbursement. Wish they had used insurance from the beginning.

The process was simple apart from the online credit card line-up test which I attempted to do 4 or 5 times. I feel this may have contributed to my glasses not being perfect, just OK.

This is based on two purchases. The first time was a nightmare. Bought a frameless JA frame that was never aligned correctly - twice. Then one of the temple connector broke. No way to repair or fix it. Most recent purchase went smoother. Hope the frame will last. Noticed most of these frames are made in China.

The amount of time taken to receive the glasses even though extra money was paid for expedited shipping.
